Learn To Swim Program:

  • Teach from 4 yrs & above children and Adults
  • Group teaching by the level: Beginner, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 class
  • Individual teaching: Coach with Swimmers ratio: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 & 1:4

Bottlenose Dolphin (Beginner) – Recreation Pool

Beginner - 45 mins

  • This level is suitable for non-swimmer
  • Introduction of water environment and enjoyment of water
  • Focusing on water safety at all times
  • Gaining confidence to tolerate water over head and face.
  • Learning rhythmic breathing techniques
  • Introduction of floating and gliding skills
  • obtain the interests for swimming lessons

Advance Beginner - 45mins

  • Focusing on water safety at all times
  • Gained confidence to play in the recreation pool.
  • Introduction in basic freestyle kicking
  • Learning to float on both front and back
  • Learn glide skills without breathing
  • Develop the interests for swimming lessons

Level 1 - 45mins

  • Introduction of body streamline
  • Introduction the correct freestyle kicking
  • Learning the correct freestyle breathing method for single side
  • Develop swimming awareness and confidence
  • Introduction of backstroke kicking with board

Level 2 - 45mins

  • Introduction of freestyle techniques with straight arms
  • Learning the correct freestyle arm pull with board
  • Learning the basic freestyle coordination with aids
  • Develop a short distance swimming with freestlye tactic
  • Learning the backstroke kicking without board

Level 3 - 60mins

  • Introduction of basic lifesaving skills
  • Introduction of backstroke techniques with straight arms
  • Learning the correct backstroke kicking with streamline body position.
  • Develop the correct freestyle kicking

Level 4 - 60mins

  • Introduction of basic lifesaving skills
  • Introduction of freestyle with bent arms
  • Learning freestyle with bent arms to swim longer
  • Learning the basic backstroke coordination
  • Develop the correct backstroke kicking

Level 5 - 60mins

  • Introduction of breaststroke techniques
  • Learning the right method breaststroke kicking
  • Learning the right method breaststroke pulling
  • Learning the basic and correct breaststroke coordination
  • Introduction of freestyle with continuous stroke
  • Develop of backstroke with continuous stroke

Level 6 - 60mins

  • Introduction of butterfly techniques
  • Learning the correct butterfly technique kicking
  • Learning the correct butterfly technique drills
  • Learning the correct freestyle breathing technique on 2nd side
  • Learning the correct breaststroke coordination
  • Develop more continuous freestyle techniques
  • Develop the correct backstroke technique and enables swimmer to last longer
